Delivering high-quality infusions and blends to our customers means taking care of the production processes, as well as protecting the ecosystem that gives life to Nuestro Té and promoting the well-being of the people who have worked with us to make this dream come true. Every little thing that happens in Bitaco is contemplated under the strictest sustainability standards, we seek to generate the least possible waste while giving our land back all life. In our mission to care for the environment, we protect an entire forest reserve where our tea garden is located, surrounded by cloud forests that bathe our land with their dew, dozens of native species of fauna and flora, and the Bitaco River that fills everything with life.
